Please note that all sales are final, with very limited exceptions. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Size 2 and Size 4: These are the only sizes eligible for return.

• Time Frame: Returns must be requested and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this window will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds On:

• Custom Orders: All custom-made items are final sale.

• Pre-Orders: All pre-orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• All Other Sizes: Any size other than 2 or 4 is not eligible for return or exchange.

Production & Delivery Time

All of our pieces are handmade with care, and we truly value the time and craftsmanship that go into each order.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as these are not mass-produced items. While most orders are completed and shipped sooner, please allow up to 5–6 weeks maximum for delivery.

This is simply a buffer to ensure quality—many orders will be ready much sooner. Thank you for being reasonable and supporting handmade work!
